Message	dunno, but not something i wanna find out. and no plate tickets are $44 in jersey, as are tinted plate covers tickets (just got # 16!) and tint on the front windows (none at all is allowed in jersey). oh well, a few hundred bucks for a drk plastic plate cover is well worth it to me
